Privacy Policy
What we do with your information, in plain language.
This policy explains what Small Ownership Landlords of Ontario does with personal information collected through solo.alloymobile.com. We have tried to write it in plain language, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.

What we collect, and when
We only collect information you give us. There is no tracking of who you are or where else you go on the internet.
When you buy a download
We record your name (if you give one), your email address, what you bought, the amount and the date — because the files are delivered to that address and kept in a library tied to it. That is the product working, not surveillance.
When you review something
Your chosen display name, your rating and your words are published once approved. Your email address is never published; it is used only to verify you actually bought the file.
When you subscribe to the newsletter
We store your email address to send you what you asked for. Every message includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.
When you create an account
We store your name and email address, and — if you signed in with Google — the fact that Google confirmed the address is yours. We never see your Google password.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never reaches our systems — we see that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits. Stripe's own privacy policy governs what they do with it.
Cookies and how the site remembers you
No advertising cookies, no tracking cookies, no analytics services. When you sign in, your session lives in your browser's session storage and is erased when you close the tab.
Who else sees your information
A small number of providers run the site, and may use your information only to provide their service to us:
Alloymobile — the platform this website runs on, hosted in Ontario, Canada.
Stripe — payment processing.
SendGrid — sending email, including your purchase deliveries.
Cloudflare — delivering the site and storing files.
Some providers operate outside Canada, which means your information may be processed in another country and be subject to its laws while there. We do not sell your information and share it with nobody for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept as long as Canadian tax rules require, and as long as your library needs them — deleting your purchase history is deleting your ability to re-download what you paid for, so we do it only when you ask. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we no longer need, and stop our email at any time. Write to yourstapas@gmail.com; we respond within thirty days, and there is no charge. If our answer does not satisfy you, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada is at priv.gc.ca.
