These terms apply to solo.alloymobile.com, the website of Small Ownership Landlords of Ontario. By using the site you accept them.

Digital purchases
Our products are PDF files. When you buy one it is emailed to the address you gave, and kept in your library on this site for you to download again. Prices are in Canadian dollars; tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Each purchase is licensed to you personally. Please do not redistribute the files — they fund the organisation's advocacy work, and they were expensive lessons to write.
Refunds
A digital file cannot be returned, so please read the product page before buying. If a purchase was made in error, or the file is not what the page described, write to us promptly and we will put it right. A refund ends your library access to that file.
Reviews
Only verified buyers can review, and reviews are read before they appear. We will not publish abuse; we do publish criticism. What you write stays yours; posting it lets us display it here.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
The information in our guides
Our guides are written with care by experienced landlords, but they are general information, not legal advice, and Ontario's rules change. For a decision that matters, confirm the current rule or take professional advice.
The site itself
We keep the site running as best we can, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes before the courts of Ontario.
